Experience: 5 years of total RN experience (2 years of PCU or ICU).3 Years of recent Supervisor experience within an acute care hospital setting; Manager experience preferred.
BSN is required.
Preferred certifications: PCCN, NEBC or CNML
Cardiac PCU
Patient Population:?Cardiac and general PCU; includes cardiac drips and post Cath Lab patients
Number of Beds: 16 (4 beds allocated for low acuity ICU)

Job Summary
As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
