The Duke University Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking a board certified/board eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our exceptional team focusing on the management of patients at both Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC.
Highly motivated individuals are sought to develop their professional careers within the Duke University Department of Radiation Oncology and the Duke Cancer Institute at both practice sites.
The ideal candidate should be clinically and academically oriented looking to develop clinical and research programs using radiation for oncologic and non-oncologic indications.
The Duke Cancer Institute?s multi-disciplinary programs are internationally recognized, and the ideal candidate would integrate within one of the disease groups.

Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with prior experience and skill set.
Duke Radiation Oncology offers cutting-edge radiation treatment and special procedures including brachytherapy, SBRT, IMRT/IGRT, and SRS. The Duke University Hospital facilities have TrueBeam machines with kV/CBCT for IGRT, SBRT, and gated treatments, as well as TrueBeam STX for SBRT and SRS. In addition, there are 2 machines with adaptive capabilities. All centers have on-site CT simulation, with MR and PET/CT available locally. We utilize a networked Eclipse EPIC electronic medical record, and ARIA/Eclipse information management/treatment planning systems.
