Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is implementing a Pharmacy-driven Medication Reconciliation Program integrating pharmacy technicians in the collection and documentation of medication histories for all admitted patients. We are seeking highly motivated and patient-centered individuals to work as Medication History Pharmacy Technicians at Arizona’s only free-standing Children’s Hospital. This position, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, assists in the procurement, storage, preparation, distribution, and delivery of medications and information and other pharmaceutical products to Phoenix Children’s patients in a timely and accurate fashion and in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
