We?re hiring a Life Support Training Specialist to oversee, coordinate, and deliver Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training across our health system. In this role, you?ll play a key part in ensuring our clinical teams are prepared, confident, and compliant with our Life Support Training Center standards. This position is a great fit for a current Life Support Instructor seeking growth and development.
Coordinate and deliver all Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training courses across the health system
Ensure compliance with Life Support Training Center guidelines
Maintain high-quality instruction and support instructors and participants
Manage course logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and supply inventory
Collect course data and project course volumes for upcoming year
A current Life Support instructor, ideally with a background in teaching Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Highly organized with strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining training quality and compliance
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
