We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager of Clinical Education to lead and advance our nursing professional development programs. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Clinical Educator team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality education, competency validation, and staff development across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with nursing and executive leaders to align education with clinical practice standards, patient safety priorities, and regulatory requirements, while operationalizing key initiatives that support accreditation readiness and professional practice excellence. You will lead educator performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes, using data and collaboration to drive continuous improvement and strengthen clinical capability at scale. The Manager of Clinical Education provides operational, clinical, and people leadership for the educator team and related clinical education functions. This role oversees day-to-day educator operations, performance management, resource allocation, and implementation of organizational initiatives to ensure high-quality clinical education, competency validation, and regulatory compliance. The manager partners closely with the Director of Professional Practice to operationalize strategic priorities, support accreditation readiness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Required)
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred)
Experience
Five (5) years of experience in nursing practice, nursing education, or a pediatric clinical environment, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities (Required)
Experience supporting professional practice, competency validation, or clinical education. (Required)
Certifications
Current AZ RN License or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or ability to establish licensure in Arizona prior to start date (Required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
National nursing or related certification (Preferred)
