Pediatrix is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient care at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan.

Pediatric Hospitalist Position Overview
In this pediatric hospitalist role, you will play a vital part in shaping the inpatient pediatric experience, ensuring high-quality care delivery while collaborating closely with specialists, nursing teams, and community providers. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with a strong focus on clinical excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities for Pediatric Hospitalist
Provide direct inpatient care, including daily rounds, admissions, and discharges
Interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing treatment plans
Perform essential pediatric procedures such as IV placement, lumbar punctures, and resuscitations
Collaborate with subspecialists, surgeons, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to resident education and mentorship
Practice Highlights

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
