Needed: Radiology APP to join UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC:
UNC Health is seeking a full-time APP to work with a growing group of radiologists, providing services at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC. This is an opportunity to help grow existing imaging services into a regional referral program!
This position is dayshift, Monday through Friday, with a 1:4 weekend call shared amongst the providers, to cover onsite fluoroscopy coverage.
This APP will assist in performing GI Fluoroscopy, joint arthrograms, fine needle thyroid biopsies, video swallow procedures, interpretation of bone density exams, lumbar punctures & myelograms. There is also an opportunity to assist the Interventional Radiologists with exam review, clinic visits in advance of or after IR procedures and provide back-up for Para/Thora?s, spinal injections and Thyroid biopsies.
Qualifications:
Licensed in the State of North Carolina & eligible for Medical Staff Credentialing
Graduation from an accredited NP/PA program
Prior experience in radiology preferred but will entertain an exceptional new graduate!
