Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do: it's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
You go first
We're bringing on a small group of Lead Dietitians to join Nutrium's US network. This group will work closely with our team to define what the best nutrition care experience on the market looks like.
This isn't a typical contractor gig where you log in, see clients, log out. As a Lead Dietitian, your voice will directly shape how we deliver Nutrium Care in the US: how we onboard members, how we structure follow-ups, what tools you need, what's next. You'll be in the room as we build.
What you will bring
Nutrium Care is a comprehensive, dietitian-led nutrition program that companies offer to their employees as a benefit. Members come to us with a wide range of goals: weight management, GLP-1 support, GI health, women's health, and general wellbeing. They are matched with a Registered Dietitian and work through 1:1 appointments and proactive follow-ups inside the Nutrium app.
You'll work as an independent contractor, fully remote, on your own schedule. You'll see Nutrium Care members across multiple states (the more state licenses you hold, the better).
If you're a recent graduate looking for a place to grow your practice, this role is built for you.
What you will be doing
Provide virtual 1:1 nutrition appointments and proactive follow-ups to Nutrium Care members through the Nutrium platform;
Support members across a range of specialties and goals, from preventive wellness to chronic condition management;
Document appointments and member progress directly in the Nutrium platform;
Partner with our nutrition and product teams to refine the product (SaaS and app), care protocols, member experience, and workflows, sharing feedback so we can keep improving;
Represent Nutrium's standard of care across every member interaction.
You might be a great fit if you...
Are a Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credentialed by the CDR;
Hold an active state license in VA, NM, TX, or IL (these are our priority states right now);
Hold licenses in multiple states (this is a strong plus, and we'll cover the cost of adding additional licenses as needed);
Are a recent graduate or early in your career, and excited to grow your practice with a team behind you;
Are comfortable delivering virtual care and using digital tools to manage your caseload;
Bring genuine curiosity about behavior change, evidence-based care, and what actually works for members long term;
Communicate clearly and warmly, in writing and on video.
