Department: OR Inpatient, Ambulatory & Children's Operating Rooms Job Summary: The Director, Nursing for Perioperative Services at the largest tertiary care level 1 trauma center and Children's Hospital in Westchester County, serving a diverse population. Oversees direct management team as well as employees in the Maria Ferrara Children's Hospital Operating Room, the Ambulatory Operating Rooms and the Main Operating Rooms. The Director, Nursing works collaboratively with leadership from all departments to support fiscal responsibility and standardization of processes. The Director, Nursing collaborates with multi-specialty teams with the purpose of developing an improvement process and initiatives that directly support patient care across th
