Overview The System Patient Access Center (SPAC) serves as a centralized, patient-centered access point across the IU Health system. Its mission is to streamline scheduling and coordination of care, enhancing both patient and provider experiences. The Metro Region is part of this broader initiative, focusing on centralized scheduling for various facilities. To be successful in this position, you must be dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness. Call center experience is preferred but not required for the role. The opportunity to work hybrid and/or remote in the role is available after training and performance expectations are met, which is a minimum of 30 days. Onsite location is at 250 N.
