Performs routine duties related to serving food and beverages, as well as clearing dishes and cleaning. May operate dishwasher or assist with washing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Collects and disposes of garbage left at tables. May assist with stocking food inventory and with light cooking.
Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
Responsible for leading team in all pre-service meetings and in daily operations
Responsible for daily monitoring of all Joint Commission as well as local, state, and federal food safety standards
Responsible for all staff training and ensuring staff adherence to all regulatory compliance standards
Responsible for the monitoring of staff's activities and reporting violations of department and policies to area manager
Requirements:
High School Diploma- Preferred
FHP License in state of employment
