The role you’ll contribute:
Prepares and organizes pharmacy medications by name and dosage, as listed on patient orders.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
·Completes critical medication order scrutiny, drug profile review, and patient monitoring to identify, prevent, or mitigate medication-related problems
·Proficiently verifies/enters medication orders and proactively communicates with medical staff to resolve problem medication orders
·Provides patientâcentered care services
·Facilitates medication safety practices
·Provides support to direct patient care programs
·Collaborates with other pharmacy staff
