Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Monitor Technician for the Cardiac Telemetry department at Newton Medical Center to work 7AM - 7PM, including 2 weekend shift.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Monitoring remoted telemetry, ECG rhythm strip monitoring and interpretation, remote. Escalation of rhythm changes to nursing and cardiology when appropriate. Confirming appropriate telemetry orders are in place

Minimum Education:

• 
  Highschool diploma Required.
• 
  Basic Arrhythmia course - able to pass pretest assessment.

Minimum Experience:

• 
  2 years cardiac telemetry experience preferred.
