Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department. Â Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care in accordance with the established patient care philosophy. Â Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Â Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care, maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; and participate in all phases of education.

Â Position offers opportunity to be cross-trained into multiple disciplines of Nursing such as Post Cath and PACU. Â
This Clinical Resource Registered Nurse will work in a state-of-the art 8 bed outpatient setting while supporting our inpatient departments. Responsibilities:
· Assists with obtaining IV access (PICC, Midline, Peripheral).
· Assists with admissions and discharges.
· Monitors patients receiving moderate sedation.
· Assists ICU Charge Nurse with Rapid Response and Code Blue interventions
· Performs treatments and procedures.
· Administers medications.
· Assists with transport of critical care patients within the facility, ensuring best practice critical care is maintained during transport.
· Provides support to bedside nurses within scope of practice, and as deemed necessary by the House Supervisor.
- Float and assist in all clinical areas as needs arise. Â

Minimum Work Experience 3 years hospital clinical experience, with emphasis on Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, or Emergency nursing
