Provides leadership in the planning, development and implementation of common and effective services and systems that support the delivery of ambulatory care across specialties. Provides operational leadership to multiple clinical operations in ambulatory settings.
In partnership with related ambulatory entities, obtains and organizes services required to manage the infrastructure of facilities serving multiple service lines as well as support other physician practices within the assigned region.
Responsible for developing and/or organizing systems and/or programs common to all ambulatory settings including, but not limited to, facilities planning and maintenance for multiple ambulatory facilities, information systems, policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, medical record information flow, patient satisfaction, patient flow across services, service availability and employee in-service and education.
Required: Bachelorâ��s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Masterâ��s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required: 5 -7 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience in ambulatory operations, facilities administration, physician practice administration, management services organization or related area.
