Responsible for providing guidance and support to the EES supervisory staff, including adherence to Tenet Standards of Conduct and supervision of all hiring, training and personnel actions. Ensures that Patient Financial Services (PFS) collection and assignment goals are met. Responsible for responding to and serving as a central point of contact for facility administration. Promotes relationships with clients and governmental agencies with which the department interacts. Also responsible for the P&L for assigned regions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews inventory for quality assurance. Works with supervisors to ensure all areas of region are meeting expectations for eligibility, collections/assignments.
Acts as liasion for facility CFOs and BOMs, conducts presentations and provides updated reports, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitors operational/automation issues for all facilities within region.
Writes and implements policy and procedural changes as needed.
Completes weekly/monthly reporting processes to corporate and individual facilities.
Ensures regional adherance to Tenet Standards of Conduct.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Direct Reports: Supv, EES; Clerical Support, EES; or Rep, EES Appeals
Indirect Reports: Rep, Patient Advocates and Leads; Rep, EES Financial Counselors and Leads

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
4 year college degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related area or equivalent experience
5 â�� 7 years experience in Healthcare Administration or Business Office
2 â�� 3 years supervisory experience preferred
