Description Sr. Compensation Consultant (HR Dept) JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering compensation programs independently. Works collaboratively with partners to ensure the compensation program supports and is aligned with both short and long term organizational objectives. Ensures compensation programs comply with applicable regulations and policies. Assists with strategic compensation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively addresses complex compensation issues. Evaluates compensation processes and systems and implements improvements. Trains HR partners on compensation policies and practices.
