There are no incentives authorized. The Registered Nurse (RN) for the Hemodialysis is accountable for the daily operation of the Hemodialysis Unit to the Nurse Manager and assistant nurse manager when assigned as Nurse organizer for the day. You will demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and leadership when assigned as nurse organizer providing care for patients with end-stage renal disease in the outpatient area and the complex care for patients in the inpatient area.
