The candidate will travel to customer locations to uncrate, build-up hardware, test, configure software and train customers on maintenance and use of magnetic stimulator/ Transcranial Magnetic Stimulator (TMS) systems.
Candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, making their own travel arrangements, training both physician and non physician users, completing and submitting installation and training documentation, and some after-installation follow up with customers as part of a broader team supporting users of emerging neuromodulation technology for non-invasive brain stimulation.
Position requires significant travel; 80% to 90% of workdays would involve travel to customer locations for onsite installation and training.
Willingness to travel 80%-90% of workdays.
Valid Drivers License
Ability to be vetted to gain entrance to Hospitals and other medical facilities.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., ability to move, with aid of handtruck or furniture dolly, crated equipment up to 250 lbs.
Excellent written, verbal, telephone and email communication skills.
Familiarity with Word (Excel, Outlook, etc.), CRM and expense reporting software products.
