JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities of the Cook include preparing food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. The Cook prepares meals for patients, employee lunches and special caterings.

REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum age of 18 years old required • One-year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferred, but not required • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership skills
