The Pender Community Hospital District is an actively growing healthcare organization and is looking for a full-time Chief Operating Officer to join the administrative team.
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading operations and driving high quality, low cost performance across the clinically integrated system of care. Builds and sustains a reputation for quality, reliability and patient satisfaction in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Pender Community Hospital.
Hours: Salary/Exempt position

Education and/or Experience * Master's degree in health care, administration, business or related field or the knowledge usually attained through a Master's degree program * 5 - 7 years' experience in business development, program planning, process improvements & contract negotiations * 5 - 7 years of experience in operational/strategic planning * 5 - 7 years' experience in a management position
