Under the supervision and direction of the Director and Supervisor of Maintenance & Engineering, for preventive maintenance, repairs, and/or replaces components of all H.V.A.C., pumps, mechanical equipment, building, plumbing, and electrical system within the hospital and clinic areas.
Hours are Monday – Friday 7am-3pm and on Call.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1) High school diploma or equivalent, required, 2) minimum of 4 to 6 years training and experience in building maintenance in the areas of H.V.A.C., Engineering, or Electrical, 3) completion of a vocational training program, required, 4) must have knowledge of mechanical chilled water distribution systems, steam and hot water heating systems, 5) general knowledge and ability to paint and repair walls, and 6) must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record as this position may require driving a company vehicle.
